During Account Creation

In the course of using the website www.oggie.ai, the following data are collected when creating an account:

  • Manual registration: email address, first name, last name, password (encrypted)
  • Google connection: email address, first name, last name, Google profile ID, Google avatar
  • Microsoft connection: email address, first name, last name, Microsoft profile ID

During Audits

When you launch an audit on your brand, the following information is collected:

  • Brand name to audit
  • Website URL
  • Country and language of the audit
  • Results generated by the audit

Technical Data

We use Google Analytics to analyze the usage of our service and improve the user experience.

Processing Purposes

Biggie Group only collects personal information relating to the user within the framework of the services offered by the website www.oggie.ai. The user provides this information knowingly, particularly when connecting with their Google/Microsoft account to access the service or when they enter the information themselves.

The collected data is used to:

  • Provide the SEO/LLMs/social media positioning audit service
  • Manage your user account
  • Generate and store your audit reports
  • Contact you for commercial purposes
  • Improve our services through usage analytics

Important: Oggie's commercial teams may use your contact information (first name, last name, email) to contact you regarding our services.

Data Retention

Your personal data and audit results are retained without time limitation, as long as your account remains active. You can request the deletion of your data at any time by exercising your right to erasure.

Your information is never shared with third parties. Only Biggie Group's internal teams have access to your data within the framework of service provision and commercial actions.

We use Google Analytics, but the data is anonymized and does not allow personal identification.
