These Terms and Conditions of Use (Terms) govern access to and use of the Oggie service, accessible at www.oggie.ai, published by Biggie Group.
1. Service Overview
Oggie is a SEO, LLMs and social media positioning audit service that allows users to analyze their brand's positioning across various digital channels for free.
2. Access Conditions
2.1 Account Creation
Access to the service requires creating a user account. You can create your account:
- By choosing a username and password
- Using your Google account (SSO)
- Using your Microsoft account (SSO)
2.2 Required Information
When creating your account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information: first name, last name, and email address.
2.3 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed under your account.
3. Service Usage
3.1 Free Service
The Oggie service is currently free. Each user can perform up to 1 free audit after creating their account.
3.2 Required Audit Data
To launch an audit, you must provide:
- Your brand name
- Your website URL
- The country and language for analysis
3.3 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service in accordance with its intended purpose and specifically to:
- Not use the service for malicious purposes
- Not attempt to bypass technical limitations
- Not use the service to audit brands you do not own or are not authorized to audit
- Respect third-party intellectual property rights
4. Suspension and Termination
⚠️ Account Suspension: Oggie administrators reserve the right to suspend or close an account in case of malicious use of the service, without notice or compensation.
The following are considered malicious:
- Using the service for illegal activities
- Attempts to intrude or hijack the service
- Abusive or intensive use aimed at harming the service
- Repeated violation of these Terms
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Service Ownership
The Oggie service, its interface, features, and content are the exclusive property of Biggie Group and are protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2 Usage License
Biggie Group grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service for your personal or professional needs.
5.3 Your Data
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the service. The generated audit reports belong to you.
6. Responsibilities
6.1 Limitation of Liability
The Oggie service is provided "as is". Biggie Group cannot guarantee:
- Continuous availability of the service
- Absolute accuracy of audit results
- Absence of interruptions or technical errors
6.2 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Your use of the service
- The data you submit
- Respecting third-party rights
- Compliance of your use with applicable legislation
7. Data Protection
The processing of your personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you accept the processing methods described therein.
8. Commercial Contact
By creating an account on Oggie, you agree that Biggie Group's commercial teams may contact you by email regarding our services and offers.
9. Service Evolution
Biggie Group reserves the right to:

- Update these Terms
- Temporarily suspend the service for maintenance
Important changes will be notified to you by email or through the service interface.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
